Cyberpunk 2077 Pulled From PlayStation Store; CD Projekt Comments
Sony Interactive Entertainment removed Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store's offer until further notice. The move was made after talking to CD Projekt about the refunds for disappointed players.

Sony Interactive Entertainment decided to pull Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store, due to the game's disastrous technical condition. The decision was made after consultations with CD Projekt on the possibility of refunds for the digital edition. Refunds can be made here. You will also find a short comment from Sony.
"SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, therefore we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store. SIE will also be removing Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store until further notice.
Once we have confirmed that you purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store, we will begin processing your refund. Please note that completion of the refund may vary based on your payment method and financial institution," we read
The case was also referred to by CD Projekt. The company has announced that it is "temporarily unavailability of Cyberpunk 2077 on PlayStation Store". (via StockWatch.
"The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., office registered office Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the company), announces Sony Interactive Entertainment's (hereinafter referred to as SIE) decision to remove the digital version of Cyberpunk 2077 from sale on PlayStation Store until further notice. The decision was made after consultation with SIE representatives on possible refunds of the digital version of Cyberpunk 2077 to persons who purchased it via PlayStation Store and would like to return it. All digital copies of the game previously sold through PlayStation Store remain available for use by existing buyers. Players can continue to purchase the boxed version of the game in direct sale or mail order. Both digital and physical copies of the game will be continue to be supported and will receive future updates from the company.
The Management Board of the company has decided to make the aforementioned information public in the form of a current report due to the potential significance of this information for investors decisions," we read.
It is a pity that the console versions of Cyberpunk 2077 have had such a disappointing launch, especially as the title itself is really worthy of attention (at least on PCs, as the releases on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One are a different story). Hopefully, the developers will be able to salvage their work and regain at least some of the lost trust. Despite the huge amount of bugs and the tragic optimization of the game, it is the latter task that may prove to be much more difficult of the two.
