  • You must also have had the investment for at least three years to qualify.
  • The expenditure must also be financially sound in the sum of AED 10 million.
  • Other than their children and spouse, investors with a 10-year visa will include an executive director and an attorney.
  • This visa can be applied to business associates who also share AED 10 million in investment.
  • For a six-month term, foreign investors may request a multiple-entry visa.

A five-year investor visa

In Dubai, real estate developers and entrepreneurs may apply for a 5-year residency visa. The qualifying requirements for both categories, however, are different:

Conditions for a 5-year property investor visa

  • The investor must continue making in a property worth at least AED 5 million.
  • The borrowers must show that the money was not borrowed.
  • Another requirement is that the property is held for a minimum of three years.

Conditions for a 5-year business visa

  • Entrepreneurs with an ongoing project worth at least AED 500,000 are eligible to request this visa.
  • This visa allows entrepreneurs to bring along a spouse and three executives in addition to their spouse and children.

Dubai investor visa rules

There are a few minor details of this data that apply to Dubai real estate visas:
